Analecta Romana Instituti Danici (ARID)

Analecta Romana Instituti Danici (ARID) is the Academy's international peer-reviewed and research-based journal. The first issue of ARID was published in 1960, a few years after the academy was founded.

Since 2008, the journal has been published both as an e-journal and in a traditional paper edition. The journal publishes studies within the academy's main research areas: humanistic studies (ancient history, archaeology, philology, history, art history, literature, musicology, etc.), architecture, visual arts and musicology. ARID publishes articles in English, Italian, French and German.

If you are interested in publishing an article in ARID, please contact the editors in advance. Contributors are expected to follow the journal's guidelines exactly. It is not a requirement that contributors are affiliated with the Academy. Find the guidelines here
